BUDLEIGH Salterton town council failed to support a planning application to build two homes at 13 Sherbrook Hill.
BUDLEIGH Salterton town council failed to support a planning application to build two homes at 13 Sherbrook Hill.
The members raised concerns over the access and traffic, and said the proposed build was an over-development of the area.
East Devon District Council will decide the fate of the plans.
