Members of Exmouth Air Cadets have enjoyed success at the Devon and Somerset Wing activities competition.

The under-18 first aid team of Corporal Matt Bagnall, Cadet Jodie Pointer, Cadet Josh Parker and Cadet Lewis Eaglesfield won their competition, with Cpl Bagnall also achieving the highest individual score.

Cadet Warrant Officer Dan Bagnall and Cadet Safeen Kay won the over-18 Young Adult First Aid Award, and the teams now go through to the regional championships.

Cdt Kay also won the over-16 aircraft recognition competition, and the aviation and non-aviation photography competitions, winning the Aviation Artistry Award.

Elsewhere, Sergeant Jazmin Hoe and Sergeant Arun Wangdi took part in the Nijmegen Four-Day March, and Sergeant Jack Rowsell attended a battle camp on Salisbury Plain.

The next cadet intake is on October 4.
