EXMOUTH coastguards were tasked on Saturday evening after reports a dinghy being rowed up the River Exe against the tide was in difficulty.
EXMOUTH coastguards were tasked on Saturday evening after reports a dinghy being rowed up the River Exe against the tide was in difficulty.
Concerns were raised after it was thought the vessel was struggling in the failing light.
Exmouth coastguards made a search of the area and found two people and their well-equipped dinghy safe and ashore.
