Headteacher offers to show parents round so that they can find out more about the school’s staff, facilities and ethos
St Peter’s Primary School in Budleigh Salterton is holding open mornings for parents of potential pupils.
The school has spaces available in its Reception classes next September.
Headteacher Steve Hitchcock is inviting parents to come and tour the school with him, and find out more about its motto, ‘Growing together in mind body and spirit’.
“We have enthusiastic and engaging teaching, fantastic resources including our own swimming pool, specialist PE and music teachers, and an amazing school community,” he said. “We all work together to grow ourselves as learners, sportsmen, musicians and as excellent citizens.”
The opening of St Peter’s new library last month was thanks to the parents, staff, governors and other supporters who raised the substantial sum of money needed to completely refurbish the building.
The open morning dates are Friday November 23 at 9:30am, Wednesday November 28 at 9:30am or Friday December 14 at 11am. Please call the school on 01395 443167 to book.
