ANOTHER season of sporting excellence has seen St Peter's Prep School represent Lympstone and further afield with huge success at national tournaments. Devon and regional boys squash champions at under-13 and under-11 level headed to Suffolk for the IAPS

ANOTHER season of sporting excellence has seen St Peter's Prep School represent Lympstone and further afield with huge success at national tournaments.Devon and regional boys squash champions at under-13 and under-11 level headed to Suffolk for the IAPS national championship on the back of victory in the Devon league. Year seven ace Lyell Fuller took the runner-up spot at U13 level, and teamed up with Joe Pyne to go one better and win the doubles.The rest of the squash squads were made up of Ben Hancock, Richard Harvey and Ben French (U13), and Jamie Telford, George Dee-Shapland, Ben Green, Jack Hocking and Eddie Taylor (U11).Jamie Telford went on to reach the last-eight of the U11 national event, while Lucy Parsons came third in the U13 girls' event.Girls' sport at the school also celebrated the success of the U11 netball side, which earned fifth spot at an IAPS national tournament at Rodean School, Brighton, after victory in the Devon and Southwest events.
