A GROUP dedicated to the upkeep of St Peter's Primary School swimming pool is inviting people with links to the school to play a part in its future.The Warm Wish Appeal, a charity founded by the late Pat Cotton, devoted to the on-going refurbishment of the facilities, is inviting people to buy a brick to raise much-needed funds for the pool's continuing refurbishment.The first stage of the Building for the Future brick scheme was open to parents and families with youngsters at the school - now the idea has been thrown open to the wider community.The stick-on bricks are being mounted on the wall close to the pool and can be engraved with people's names or other information.Bricks are �25 for individuals and �35 for businesses.Some 500 have already been sold, raising �12,500 for the appeal to make improvements to benefit the pupils.Warm Wish Appeal spokeswoman Julie Cotton said: "It's an ongoing fund to make general improvements.
