The first thing we did on arriving home after the recent snow fall was to clear a path for others to use. It is common practice in the area we come from.
I am sticking my neck out to suggest that people actually work, but could the council not pass a byelaw for Exmouth?
As to “I can’t do it”, I remember earning some pocket money clearing snow for those who could not do it.
