I am elderly and I walk along Budleigh Salterton seafront nearly every day, sometimes twice, and I have never found cyclists a hazard.
In my opinion, instead of cycle paths, the money could be better spent on the ladies’ toilets; the one near us in The Rolle is always smelling, revolting and very unhygienic.
