Seven Lympstone crimes in four week period

Seven crimes took place in Lympstone between May 5 and June 7. Three thefts were committed at allotments in the village between 11.30am on Wednesday, May 5, and 8am on Friday, May 7. Anyone with information should call Devon and Cornwall police on 08452

Seven crimes took place in Lympstone between May 5 and June 7.

Three thefts were committed at allotments in the village between 11.30am on Wednesday, May 5, and 8am on Friday, May 7.

Anyone with information should call Devon and Cornwall police on 08452 777444, quoting crime reference numbers KE/10/1021, KE/10/1028 and KE/10/1030.

In a separate incident, damage was caused to a vehicle parked on Churchill Court between May 7 and 10.

It is the second occasion the vehicle has been targeted. Anyone with information should call the police force number, outlined above, quoting crime reference number KE/10/1054.

A camera, which was left on a bin on Sowden Lane, was stolen sometime between 3.50pm and 4.20pm on May 8. The crime reference number is KE/10/1158.

Thieves stole a Lympstone Parish Council bench from the Pound at the junction of Wooton and Tedstone Lane. Anyone with information should call the police force number quoting crime reference number KE/10/1292.

Damage was caused to a property in Exmouth Road on June 4 when paint was thrown over a courtyard. KE/10/1337.

There were 24 incidents reported to the force enquiry centre during the period of May 5 and June 7.
