I recently visited Falmouth for a few days. I used to live there some 40 years ago.
On the seafront, on the sands, there was a wooden building that was used as a caf.
Over the years, this has grown from a large wooden building to a lovely brick caf.
You can sit and watch the beach, whatever the weather, and there was a good choice of food. There are people of all ages from mums with children, to older people.
This has, in no way, spoilt the seafront.

I have lived in Budleigh Salterton for more than 30 years, so I am not a newcomer.
The caf is called the Gylly Caf. I guess a picture would be on the Web.
