A SCARECROW has been stolen from East Budleigh.
The human-like figurine which belonged to Zena Tarbath, who lives in the village, was dressed as a painter and decorator.
Forty-six-year-old Zena had intended on entering it into the East Budleigh Scarecrow Festival which takes place on Saturday.
She said: "I think it is a pity that people cannot leave things alone."
The scarecrow was last seen on Oak Hill. If you have any information about the whereabouts of the scarecrow, contact Zena on Exmouth 01395 443539.
