DEVON Cliffs Holiday Park have been warned by the district council that they could face legal action if they continue to put advertising flyers on the windscreens of cars.
Flyers were fixed to vehicles in the town council's car park advertising a recruitment day, which was held at Sandy bay on February 6.
The Town Council planning agenda dated March 20 2009 said: "A display of such advertisements requires advertisement consent and any future unauthorised display should cease, as any reoccurrence may result in legal action.
