EXMOUTH police and fire service promoted safe-cycling to Community College students.
The two services aim to reduce antisocial behaviour and improve the safety of young people.
PCSO Stuart Penny said: "Although the messages were serious they were delivered in a fun way which enabled young people to engage with the emergency services."
He thanked Knobblies Cycle Shop who offer students a free bike safety check.
