I would like to point out there are some green lanes/unclassified roads in this area that, although not surfaced, are completely legal to ride on and are no different to riding along, say, Exeter Road.
I am a member of the Trail Riders' Fellowship and adhere to a code of conduct that includes riding a legal (taxed, insured and MOT'd) bike on legal rights of way. People who wish to report the motorcyclists just need to be aware not all will be riding where they should not be.
