Pensioner Reg Imray, from Exmouth, invited the Journal along to take a look at his vintage vehicles on display at World of Country Life, at Sandy Bay, Exmouth.
Mr Imray, 89, who has been deaf since birth, formed his love of vehicles in the 1940s when he was a speedway rider in Southend.
Since then he has built up an impressive collection of 45 motorcycles and five vintage cars, which are on permanent display at the museum.
Mr Imray, who said his hobby has become his life, is proud of his record of never having an accident in his 70 years behind the wheel.
