Refurbish what is already there

People with whatever reason for or against, have all been heard before and, just as you think "Yes", "No" - Longboat would be too intrusive on this so beautiful Jurassic Coastline", we hear that a councillor has changed his decision and voted in favour of it. I wonder why?
So, it all flares up again and then, in last week's Budleigh Journal, we are met by a heading saying "Longboat Cafe debate turns nasty".
Any surprise? No surprise whatsoever.

You would get a better and totally sincere vote, straight answer and stick to it from the local residents instead.

If the Hushons have so much spare cash, why not refurbish what they already have, which is in keeping with the surroundings already here.
Not a greenhouse! Be grateful.
