EXETER City Council is launching a major campaign to encourage people to keep their recyclables and waste separate.
The recycling teams are asking people to put only loose items in their green bins and no tied up in plastic bags.
The campaign was launched to stop people throwing away nappies, faeces and other waste into recycling bags which then have to be sorted by hand.
