A FUNDRAISER from Lympstone is to cycle 100 miles to raise money for Gurkhas.
Stuart Woolger, of Longmeadow Road, will ride overnight from Bristol to Exmouth on Saturday, June 6.
He hopes to raise in the region of 300 for the Gurkha Welfare Trust.
Stuart said: "For nearly 200 years the Gurkhas have helped fight Britain's wars and keep the peace. They have won 13 Victoria crosses and served in most of Britain's conflicts during that period.
"With their dependents, they number many thousands and live often in harsh conditions with no national health service, no public housing and no unemployment benefit."
