I would like to thank, through your columns, the generous people of Exmouth for their donations to Myasthenia Gravis Association on Thursday, September 1, at Tesco’s Salterton Road store.
We raised �206.79 - and also raised awareness of this difficult illness. Known as the “rag doll” illness, MG affects the nerve-muscle connections of the body, resulting in weakness and even heart failure.
The money raised will all go towards research into treatment and help for those affected by MG.
