I personally thought your headline about a family being driven out of business by racists was sensationalised (Journal, July 3).The headline gave the impression of Exmouth being full of people dressed in white hoods.Upon reading the story, I see it was about a dry cleaning company going out of business. In this day and age of businesses going bust, blaming it on a race issue is surely over the top.The story had no real evidence of racist behaviour. The dry cleaning trade has been hit by the smoking ban with fewer people getting clothes dry cleaned.Bryan Flockhart,(via email)
