I was somewhat puzzled by the reason for the district council s refusal of planning permission for Tesco's new petrol filling station, ie the proximity of the Doyle Centre, a centre for adults with learning disability. I am not sure if the public realise

I was somewhat puzzled by the reason for the district council's refusal of planning permission for Tesco's new petrol filling station, ie the proximity of the Doyle Centre, a centre for adults with learning disability. I am not sure if the public realises that only a handful of severely disabled clients attend there now - the majority now attend The Hub in Victoria Road.
