I agree with the editor's comments last week that it is his role to "present articles and letters of all shades of opinion".It is the articles that I take issue with. They (pro-Asda propaganda) are presented as statements of fact and "done deals" and there is no attempt to discover an alternative viewpoint. This could be interpreted as bias. And when an opinion is sought, it is from a supporter of the proposed development.I think the Journal is an excellent local paper and the letters page gives a fair representation of the views on this issue.
