BUDLEIGH Salterton residents who want an undisturbed Halloween can pick up a free poster to highlight their wishes.

BUDLEIGH Salterton residents who want an undisturbed Halloween can pick up a free poster to highlight their wishes.

The town's police team has a number of A5 flyers available for people to display in their windows, which say 'sorry no trick, no treat, no thanks - have fun'.

The posters are also available in the town from the RSPCA shop, Hospiscare, Age Concern and the Tourist Information Centre, all in the High Street.

Police community support officer Malcolm Maguire said the flyers were already proving popular and plans were in place to secure extra supplies.
