THE Lord Nelson pub in Topsham is set to reopen this month.
Decorators have been busy carrying out maintenance work inside the building ahead of the reopening.
The pub has been closed for around three months after the previous licensee left the business last October.
A spokesperson from its brewery company, Enterprise Inns, said: "We are carrying out the necessary works in order to reopen within the next three to four weeks."
It is understood that once the pub reopens, motorists will be charged should they wish to use the adjoining car park.
