ONE of Exmouth's most thriving pubs, The Park in Exeter Road, has been put up for sale with a price tag of �75,000.
The Pub is famous for live music on Friday's, its traditional pub food, weekly quiz nights and its four darts teams.
It has been put on the market by Stonesmith of Exeter and a spokesman said: "The business is run under management with no involvement from the owner at all, so would be suitable for hands on owners who could develop all aspects of the trade.
