An Exmouth sports shop will be closing its doors to the public later this year.

Tony Pryce Sports, which operates on the Parade, is closing down in September.

Estate agents Stratton Creber Commercial will offer the unit at a rent of £24,000 per annum.

Two Tony Pryce stores in Devon have already shut down - Exeter’s store closed in July 2018 after 15 years of trading, and Newton Abbot’s store also closed last year.

Alongside the forecasted Exmouth store closure, the firm’s Barnstaple outlet is also set to cease trading later this year.

This means the only Toyn Pryce stores not to have announced closures are based in Tiverton and Taunton.

When contacted, the manager for Tony Pryce Exmouth said she was unable to comment on the situation.
