The proposed Plumb Park Estate, off Douglas Avenue, sits close to the Exmouth Sewerage Works.
Having enjoyed the aromas from the works for many years, I would suggest another name for this development - Pong Park. Drive down Maer Lane and park outside. Just lovely.
