Police to hold bike marking events
POLICE community support officers are inviting cyclists to attend their popular bike marking event to prevent thefts.
POLICE community support officers are inviting cyclists to attend their popular bike marking event to prevent thefts.
The popular bike marking events gives youngsters and parents the chance to get their bike marked with their postcode as part of a local initiative to keep bike-napping to a minimum.
The next sessions will be held at Lady Seawards Primary School on Monday, March 9, from 3.15 to 5.30pm.
A session will also be held at Woodbury Primary School on Wednesday, March 11, from 4pm to 6pm, and Woodbury Salterton Primary School on Thursday, March 12, from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

The PCSOs will also be giving advice on how to keep your bike safe as well as handing out leaflets with the bike information to keep at home and crime prevention stickers to put on the bikes.
