TOPSHAM residents are being asked to help set the town's policing priorities at a meeting being held in the autumn.The last meeting of Partners and Community Together (PACT) resulted in the town identifying youth anti-social behaviour, dog fouling and speeding in six key areas as the main issues it wanted police to tackle. Anyone wishing to help set future policing priorities should attend the PACT meeting on September 2, 6.30pm, in Matthews Hall.
