Police tackle Woodbury speeding

PROBLEMS with speeding in Woodbury have led the police to stake out roads and issue warnings to motorists.

PROBLEMS with speeding in Woodbury have led the police to stake out roads and issue warnings to motorists.

Community police officers, Devon Fire and Rescue and the Ambulance Service staked out Broadway and Parsonage Way in Woodbury and the A376 issuing 74 warnings to motorists in November.

The drivers were made to watch an educational video on car accidents and also included seven penalties for speeding and talking on mobile phones while driving.
