EXMOUTH police have praised hundreds of youngsters taking part at a musical event at the Pavilion.
Officers said while around 500 youths attended Saturday night's drum and bass event, the police received no reports of any trouble.
PC Mat Helm said there was a low-level policing presence at the event.
He said traffic officers were in the area to curb any boy racers using Exmouth seafront as a race track.
PC Helm said: "It went really well and there were no real issues. "That is good when you think there were 500 young people aged 16 and over there.
