OTTERTON police community support officer Sarah Trayhurn has revealed the police are making progress on a recent spate of crime carried out in the village.

She said the police were aware of names associated with the thefts of machinery from sheds and lock-ups.
PCSO Trayhurn urged villagers to remain vigilant and to report anything unusual or suspicious, to the police.
Although she said there had been little crime carried out in Otterton recently.
