THIEVES stole a girls bicycle left outside a property in Liverton Close last Friday.
The purple Apollo girls mountain bike was stolen between 5.30pm and 8pm, and Police Community Support Officer Nikki Payne said: "It would have been moved in daylight hours. "Any information that may assist us in finding those responsible for this or any other bike theft please contact me.
"I reiterate, once again, the need to lock up bikes and keep them safe. This is an ongoing problem at the moment and we need to make it as difficult as possible for bike thieves."
