Police are keen to speak to anyone with information about a haul of ‘expensive’ power tools stolen from a van parked in Brixington.

Officers said the unsecure van was targeted sometime between Thursday, June 29 and Monday, July 3, while was parked on the junction of Spencer Close and Birchwood Road, Exmouth,

The stolen tools include a Stihl circular saw, two small digger buckets, a hydraulic pecker/breaker, a fusion box and an electric jack hammer.

PCSO Christopher Ball would like to hear from anyone offered second hand tools for sale.

He said: “Anyone who has witnessed any suspicious activity regarding movement of tools from one van to another or anything that may help this enquiry in any way, please get in touch.”
