Police are appealing for information after criminal damage was done to a pick-up truck in Budleigh Salterton on Sunday.

Officers say that a Mitsubishi L200, in Moormead, was damaged sometime between midnight on Saturday, July 1, and Sunday, July 2.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said the tailgate of the vehicle was dented and bent in two places.

Anyone who saw any suspicious behaviour at the time of the offence should ring 101 or email 101@dc.police.uk quoting reference number CR/053786/17.
