What a thrill it was to go up the High Street, see the roundabout and find that the elephants were back, looking even better. I am sad to think that the proposed development will get rid of this superb roundabout. I was then surprised and delighted to see

What a thrill it was to go up the High Street, see the roundabout and find that the elephants were back, looking even better. I am sad to think that the proposed development will get rid of this superb roundabout.I was then surprised and delighted to see the very vibrant fish display on the Marine Way roundabout and do hope people continue to sponsor them. They are very attractive for us and the visitors.I am pleased to tell you my grass verge has been cut for the first time since before Christmas. It was waist-high and nobody seemed concerned about it. It didn't do credit to The Avenues area!Margaret Stokes,6 Maer Vale, Cyprus Road, Exmouth.
