Can someone please shed some light(!) on the half finished dishevelled, sad-looking Christmas tree in The Strand Gardens.
Can someone please shed some light(!) on the half finished dishevelled, sad-looking Christmas tree in The Strand Gardens. Did someone begin to put lights on it and then get fed up half way through or is the town's budget so bad that the tree can only be lit on one side? Is this really the best our lovely town can do?
