WOODBURY Parish Council has conditionally backed calls to extend a plot of land in Parsonage Way.
An application for plot 2, Little Field, called for an extension, incorporating a summerhouse and greenhouse/garden shed.
The council said it had no objections provided the removal of permitted development rights extended to the new garden.
The plans will go before the district council for a final decision to be made.
