no further action: A neighbour’s complaint that a Brixington property has a conservatory extension larger than permitted has been upheld - but no further action will be taken.
Planning enforcers have decided not to take action after a complaint was filed that the extension at 34 Holly Mount Close did ‘not comply with the approved planning drawings’ and was considered larger than what was originally approved.
A planning officer said: “While there is a discrepancy in measurements between the projection of the fascia boards and drain pipes shown on the approved plans and what has been built on site, it is considered that this discrepancy is of a significantly small amount that no harm is being caused in planning terms to the amenity of the surrounding area or neighbouring properties.”
