THE ROYAL Devon and Exeter Hospital have introduced a four-month pilot scheme to help stroke victims.Occupational therapists will be offering support to people who have suffered a stroke. At weekends they will be carrying out initial assessments on patients admitted overnight and are on hand seven days a week.They will be providing help with essential skills like washing, dressing and preparation of meals.
