A petrol station near Exmouth is up for sale with a guide price of £795,000 for the freehold.

Exton Filling Station is on the market as part of the sale of Cornwall Garage Group, a portfolio of 17 petrol filling stations, located across the Midlands, Home Counties and South West of England.

Estate agent Christie & Co is inviting offers for the entire portfolio, sub groups or individual assets.

The Exton site trades under the Harvest Energy brand and Londis symbol, generating a throughput of approximately 2.4m litres and circa £495,000 in shop sales annually.

A spokesperson for Christie & Co said the site, on the A376, was ‘ideally located’: “Having recently undergone a refurbishment and modernisation programme in 2016, the site presents an excellent opportunity for an existing multiple operator to take on the currently commission operated site, or for an owner operator to introduce further cost saving measures.”
