HUNDREDS of documents containing sensitive information have been found dumped close to Exeter Airport. The papers include details of bank accounts, passport photocopies, benefits claims and mortgage applications, some dated as recently as January 16.

HUNDREDS of documents containing sensitive information have been found dumped close to Exeter Airport.

The papers include details of bank accounts, passport photocopies, benefits claims and mortgage applications, some dated as recently as January 16.

It is the second time in two months that personal information has been found in the same location.

Most of the find, which includes internal mail bags, files and loose papers - some marked for Government agencies in Plymouth - relate to people living in Devon. The Government has launched an investigation.
