Police say the driver has been reported for driving without due care after Wednesday morning collision on Marine Way

A lorry driver has been reported to police for driving without due care and attention after a pedestrian was injured in Exmouth this morning (Wednesday).

It is alleged the wing mirror of the driver’s vehicle clipped a pedestrian on the A376 Marine Way near Southern Road.

Police said the pedestrian was thought to have suffered a minor head injury.

The road was partially blocked but traffic is coping well.
