HALDON House Surgery has reformed their Patient Participation Group and is calling for new members to join their committee.
The Imperial Road surgery’s group consists of volunteers who work together to establish a partnership between the patients, doctors and staff to enhance the services provided by the practice.
At its meeting last Thursday David Bassett was elected Chairman of the Group, with Christine Ladbrook, the Practice Manager as Secretary.
David Bassett said: “We have started with a small committee and have a number of vacancies.
“We would like to encourage patients of Haldon House across a wide age range to take up this unique opportunity to become involved in the Group.”
