Parish Council: new chairman

IN the annual routine changing of the guard, Otterton Parish Council elected a new chairman in Cllr Robin Barlow, taking over from Cllr David Scott.

IN the annual routine changing of the guard, Otterton Parish Council elected a new chairman in Cllr Robin Barlow, taking over from Cllr David Scott.

The election took place at the Council meeting last month, and Cllr John Edmonds remains the deputy chairman.
