OTTERTON Parish Council plans to carry out repairs to the bus stop at Cross Trees after a letter from a resident raised concerns about the state of the shelter.
After the council chairman visited the shelter and found a quantity of litter inside, and vegetation growing through the wall, it was agreed the roof needs replacing and two broken windows repairing.
A spokesperson for Otterton parish council said: "The council will endeavour to repair the current structure but will also investigate whether it would be possible to find funding for a replacement.
