Plans have been approved conditionally by Exeter City Council (ECC) for a new primary school and nursery on Seabrook Orchards in Topsham Road.

Money from a Section 106 agreement between Bloor Homes and Exeter City Council will see £8million of redevelopment work carried out in Topsham. Bloor Homes, which is building 800 homes, has promised improved transport links, a new community hall and school site.

The proposal will see the new primary school and nursery on a 1.8 hectare site within the proposed residential and community development.
