Budleigh Salterton Floral Arrangement Society has moved its monthly meetings to Knowle Village hall. New members are always welcome.

Around 30 members of the Budleigh Salterton Floral Arrangement tucked into lunch when the group celebrated holding its first meeting at a new venue.

Lunch was followed with a floral demonstration by Nick Heal.

Until recently the group met at the town’s football club – but now meets at the village hall, in Knowle Village.

Joint club chairman Eileen Brookes said: “It was very well attended. It was a very good afternoon and everyone enjoyed themselves.”

The group meets on the 4th Monday of each month, at 2pm. New members are always welcome. Either turn up on the day, or contact the club.

For more information, or to join, contact Eileen Brookes on (01395) 442066.
