New poets on show

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3: WOULD-BE Poet Laureates are being given the chance to wax lyrical in Exmouth on Thursday, October 9, at the library. A poetry open evening is being held from 7.30pm to celebrate National Poetry Day. It's an opportunity for writers to read out their poem

WOULD-BE Poet Laureates are being given the chance to wax lyrical in Exmouth on Thursday, October 9, at the library. A poetry open evening is being held from 7.30pm to celebrate National Poetry Day. It's an opportunity for writers to read out their poems to an audience and also a chance for library visitors to go along and see new poetry writing talent. Performers have four minutes to voice their masterpieces - places must be booked in advance.
