BUDLEIGH Salterton Town Council has objected to plans to build a new home on land at 10 Lansdowne Road.
BUDLEIGH Salterton Town Council has objected to plans to build a new home on land at 10 Lansdowne Road.
The town council members said the application was out of keeping with the existing homes in the area, would have a detrimental affect on neighbouring properties because of a lack of light and privacy, and there would also be traffic access dangers.
The council also called for a number of young oak trees on the site to be protected.
